From a careful selection of ancient olive varieties such as “ortice,” “ortolana,” and “racioppella,” Primo Fiore is an extra virgin olive oil that approaches a magical potion. Handpicked olives are cold-pressed to extract our flagship product, an oil with an acidity level not exceeding 0.2%. With its slightly veiled yellow color and fruity aroma featuring hints of freshly mown grass and green tomatoes, it shines best when used raw.
